Catering Delivery & Event Associate

Pay: $20-$30/hour (includes hourly wage + tips)

About the Role

We are looking for catering associates who want to make each event flawless and fun for our guests. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with excellent growth opportunities. Catering associates can receive tips for deliveries, boosting earning potential. Peak season runs April-December, with fewer hours January-February.

Requirements

• Own reliable transportation to deliver catering orders
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Background Check
• Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift catering bags or hot boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
• Flexible with scheduling and available for part-time hours

Responsibilities

• Transport food and supplies for catered functions using a catering vehicle or personal vehicle
• Complete food drops, set-and-go lunch deliveries, full-service events, and weekend events
• Set up tables, action stations, and decorations
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards
• Serve food and beverages to guests during full-service events
• Build trust and relationships, ensuring guests receive friendly, exceptional service
• Thoroughly clean the location after events
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
