Catering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• Follow up with drivers and guests after deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all catering accounting procedures daily.
• Make at least two sales calls per day and log them in the sales report.
• Fill out front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
