Responsibilities

• Manage and train kitchen staff, overseeing all culinary activities.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Estimate food needs, purchase supplies, and manage inventory.
• Develop and standardize recipes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Plan menus with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise special catering events.
• Demonstrate culinary techniques and provide instruction as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Post-high school education; culinary degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food principles and management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
