Catering Captain

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher education team in Brunswick, GA. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events
• Managing event staff
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates
• Any other tasks as necessary

Requirements

• At least three years' experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role (preferred)

Pay

$18 per hour
