Catering Banquet Server

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Stellantis Main Cafe.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Arrange place settings, linens, silverware, and other meal equipment according to the event plan and clients' needs.
• Clear tables, remove dishes, and ensure the banquet area is clean and orderly during and after events.
• Work closely with the kitchen and event coordinators to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• An attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
