CATERING ATTENDANT (ON CALL)

About the role

Bon Appétit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafés around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as a few dozen public restaurants. We've led the industry in socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, from sustainable seafood to cage-free eggs. We cook everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• Areas and decorates tables and buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after event is completed.
• Returns food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to catering facility in a timely manner.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stocks, cleans, and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous catering or serving experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Pay

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour
