CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

About the role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking immediate full-time Catering Attendant positions at our location at 100 Grainger Parkway, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with varying hours. Previous 3 years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• Areas of responsibility include assembling and delivering all food and supplies, arranging tables and decorations, serving food and beverages to guests, thoroughly cleaning the location after the event, returning food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility, distributing and collecting customer comment cards, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the catering facility and equipment, ensuring guests receive friendly, courteous service, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Pay

$19.00 per hour to $20.50 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations.
