CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL AND PART TIME)
About the role
Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for full and part time Catering Attendant positions. Interviews will take place on July 15th and 16th from 10 AM to 4 PM at Andrews University, located at 8525 University Boulevard, Berrien Springs, MI 49104. Please check in at the Dining Services Office on the first floor of the campus center.
Responsibilities
- Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
- Arranges tables and decorations for catered functions.
- Serves food and beverages to guests.
- Cleans event area during and after events.
- Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility in a timely manner.
- Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
- Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous food service and customer service experience is preferred.
- Willing to train.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Pay
Fixed Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
Schedule
Full and part time; Sunday through Saturday, 32 hours a week based on event schedule.
