Catering Attendant

Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and energetic Catering Attendant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the catering team in preparing, planning, and executing catering events. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high standards of compliance, cleanliness, customer service, and food hygiene are maintained at all times. This position is based on an as needed basis for games, events and concerts. An open and flexible schedule is required.On full-service event days, assist the Catering Director with key responsibilities including, but not limited to:Play a role in managing the service team by checking in temp workers, filling out time sheets, providing guidance on how and why we do what we do, and ensuring that the service team stays on track with event timelinesAssist with the preparation and presentation of food and beveragesSet up and clear down catering areas before and after serviceServe food and drinks to customers in a polite and professional mannerMaintain cleanliness in the kitchen, service, and dining areasLoading/unloading catering equipment from our storage areasMaintain storage areasFollow food safety and hygiene standardsProvide excellent customer service during eventsBe involved in catering event logistics meetings and providing input on how to best serve our client Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environmentAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsA team player with a positive attitudeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekendsDesire to learn, adapt, and grow with the operationAbility to work in an active role, which may involve standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds Catering Attendant Benefits As a Part and Full Time Hourly Quest Team Member, you can expect: Career growth and paid training Work-life balance Free meals daily Annual Shoes for Crews $40.00 Credit
