Catering Attendant

Full-time, onsite position in Savannah, Georgia.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated catering attendant to join an experienced catering team at GSU Armstrong. You will provide superior service to customers at catered events, helping to ensure the success of every event you work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the banquet room: set up, serve, and clean up catered events
• Focus on customer service, food safety, and logistics such as food prep, guest assistance, and inventory management
• Ensure smooth event operation from start to finish
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team devoted to providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and service knowledge

Qualifications

• At least one year of banquet or wait staff experience (preferred)
