About the Role

As a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator, you’ll brighten someone’s day by spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. You’ll support events from sale to execution, delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service: respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and offer timely, professional support throughout the event planning process.
• Support the sales process: assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution.
• Coordinate event logistics: input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services.
• Prepare and distribute documents: create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams.
• Stay organized and detail-focused: prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency.
