Responsibilities
- Defines and manages category sourcing strategy
- Conducts market and spend analysis
- Supports procurement with source-to-pay activities
- Mets with Business Units to collect requirements and feedback
- Participates in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 3+ years
Qualifications
- Deep supplier management experience including market mapping, developing strategic partnerships, executing RFx events, evaluating bids, negotiating pricing/terms/SLAs, and managing performance scorecards and corrective actions.
- High proficiency with analytical tools and the ability to convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Skills
- Ability to interpret spend and market data, forecast demand and industry trends, and translate analyses into clear recommendations and measurable value.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect category strategies to P&L impact, business risk, and operational outcomes.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, leadership, and suppliers by translating business objectives into sourcing strategies and driving cross-functional alignment.
