Category Space Specialist (POGs)

You will work on-site with a schedule of 5 days per week in our client, Sam's Club's Bentonville, AR office.

About the role

You will provide project management and coordination for Space Planning projects using JDA/Blue Yonder, Apollo, or Shelf IQ to analyze and create Planograms (POGs).

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and section merchandising, including the analysis of financial data and the ability to provide space-related insights at both the account and market level.
• Use system tools (experience preferred): JDA/Blue Yonder, Shelf IQ, Apollo, and Madrid.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
• Develop and ensure that POGs meet both the Customer’s and Client’s visual standards.
• Maintain and update all POGs for assigned categories and customers.
• Responsible for quality control of data sources and ensuring accuracy of deliverables, often requiring engagement with other BI associates and data/tool vendors.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct work experience in a project coordination/management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, or equivalent experience.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in interdepartmental personnel management.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay

$61,500.00 - $76,900.00
