Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategies aligned with business priorities
- Define category roadmaps for HR and Legal Services
- Drive supplier consolidation and demand management
- Lead global and regional sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and negotiations
- Negotiate complex commercial models for benefits and legal services
- Implement supplier governance and performance reviews
- Manage sensitive supplier relationships while ensuring compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline
- 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience focused on Indirect services
- Experience with HR services/benefits and/or legal services sourcing categories
- Proven success in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management expertise
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
