Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and oversee contracts supporting construction and facilities projects
• Develop multi-year procurement strategies and execute indirect procurement processes
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Lead contract negotiations, manage the full lifecycle, and mitigate risks
• Partner with global procurement teams to achieve cost savings and productivity
• Travel approximately 15-20% as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience negotiating construction-related agreements, with preferred LEED/WELL knowledge
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 3-5+ years in procurement or sourcing
• Proven success in supplier development and high-level negotiations
• Strong analytical, project management, and global sourcing skills
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and change management abilities

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $97,407 to $156,200, with incentive eligibility.
