Category Management Specialist - Supply Chain Management
About the role
The Supply Chain Category Management Specialist manages key Marketing categories, including digital B2B experience management, digital B2C product management, and customer experience research and design. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver value, optimize costs, and support effective supplier engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead category initiatives by partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Drive supplier sourcing and negotiations through RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to optimize cost, quality, and performance
- Draft and manage contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and related addendums
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier partners
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance processes
- Develop and manage contractual roadmaps to support both near-term needs and long-term strategy
- Ensure risk mitigation and compliance by aligning contracts with company standards and business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2+) years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Three (3+) years of Supply Chain Management experience with Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, and Financial Analysis
