Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies for key brands and platform-priority merchants by analyzing performance data and market dynamics to identify core business drivers.
- Break down phased growth targets, monitor key merchant and product metrics, and contribute to the development of a comprehensive performance tracking system.
- Act as the project owner for merchant strategy initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify issues clearly through structured documentation and meetings, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure timely project delivery and goal alignment.
- Lead data analysis efforts related to merchant performance, support the development of quarterly and annual business growth plans, propose actionable solutions, and conduct ongoing tracking of key metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas; experience with design software is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $25.
