About the role
As a Category Insights Analyst, you will be a crucial analytical and insights resource for our clients with <$20M+ in retail sales in a specific regional sales market.
Responsibilities
- Accelerating information delivery
- Streamlining processes
- Providing key insights, reporting, forecasting, and sales planning support
- Conducting post-promotional analytics and providing pricing recommendations to drive client development and Advantage growth
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting information using a variety of tools, data sets (e.g., NIQ, Circana, retailer, shipment, etc.) and techniques
- Working closely with a regional sales office to collaborate with internal and external clients to identify data reporting needs, conduct business data analysis, and create both ad hoc and standardized reports to facilitate actionable insights
- Serving as the subject matter expert in consumption data for assigned clients
- Developing or implementing tools to enhance processes for capturing business data and maintaining data quality
