Catcher
Duties And Responsibilities
- Catcher is responsible for bagging/packaging bubble products coming off Bubble lines
- Setting & aligning roll cores & taping on shaft
- Thread the line
- Lifting shaft (up to 50lbs)
- Identify different bubble sizes
- Attach labels to bundles/blanks
- Place finished bundles on cart & take to bay location or Mailer department
- Complete quality checks as required (Perf test for length/strength, bundle/blank width, visual inspection)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Good oral communication skills
- Attention to daily housekeeping requirements
- Team oriented
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending
- Pushing, pulling, lifting weights over 30lbs
- Eye/hand coordination
