The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: - About the role (introductory paragraph) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (list of requirements) - About Us (company info, pay philosophy, benefits, EEO) Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists,

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the content: The posting starts with "Advance your career with our Personal Lines Casualty Team! Apply now to learn and grow with us." This is introductory prose about the role. Then: "The Casualty Claims Adjuster, Attorney Represented will investigate, manage and resolve Bodily Injury claims assigned directly with injured parties, as well as assist in providing service to policyholders. All qualified applicants will reside within a 50-mile radius of our New York and New Jersey office. The start date for the role is January 11, 2027. Hybrid Work Arrangement: There may be several in-office days per month for the first few months following initial virtual training to support your learning and to build relationships with leaders and others in the department. This position requires a minimum of two days in office per month as the standard beyond the training period, with occasional additional days for special meetings a few times a year. Training is a critical component to your success and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory." This is all about the role, location, start date, hybrid work arrangement, training requirements. Should be under "About the role" or similar. Then there's a section "In a High Performing Culture, WE In PL Core Strive to be better tomorrow than today; little improvements lead to big ones! Embrace change. We may need to let go of what's familiar in order to embrace and try something new. Understand how our individual work contributes to our teams, our organizations and the company Are adaptable and resilient. Change is imperative to being better tomorrow and resiliency allows us to handle unexpected challenges Are an exporter of Talent. We maintain a focus on development and growth. Contribute positively; We come to work every day with the intent to make a positive impact on our work and on everyone around us. One positive interaction with you can turn someone's day around." This seems like company culture/values. Could be part of "About Us" or separate "Culture" section. But the rule says use standard headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Culture" not listed. Might fold into About Us. Then "Responsibilities" heading with bullet points (though in text they are lines). Should be

    • . Then "Qualifications" heading with bullet points. Then "About Us" heading with Pay Philosophy, benefits, EEO, Fair Chance Notices. Pay Philosophy: "The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role." This is pay information but no specific numbers. The rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It states pay philosophy but not a range. Could include as "Pay" section? The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay philosophy, but not a specific range. Might be considered substantive. However, the rule also says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". This pay philosophy is not filler; it's descriptive. But it's generic. Could include under "About Us" or separate "Pay" section. I think better to include under "About Us" as part of company info. Benefits: "At Liberty Mutual, our goal is to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and can thrive. We build an environment that welcomes a wide range of perspectives and experiences, with inclusion embedded in every aspect of our culture and reflected in everyday interactions. This comes to life through comprehensive benefits, workplace flexibility, professional development opportunities, and a host of opportunities provided through our Employee Resource Groups. Each employee plays a role in creating our inclusive culture, which supports every individual to do their best work. Together, we cultivate a community where everyone can make a meaningful impact for our business, our customers, and the communities we serve. We value your hard work, integrity and commitment to make things better, and we put people first by offering you benefits that support your life and well-being. To learn more about our benefit offerings please visit: https://www.libertymutualgroup.com/about-lm/careers/benefits" This is benefits info but generic, with a link. Could be a "Benefits" section. But the rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits, but again generic. Might include as part of About Us. EEO and Fair Chance Notices: boilerplate, should be removed. Also "Liberty Mutual is an equal opportunity employer..." boilerplate. Thus, I'll create sections: - About the role (intro, location, start date, hybrid arrangement, training) - Responsibilities (list) - Qualifications (list) - About Us (company culture, pay philosophy, benefits link) But note: the "In a High Performing Culture..." part is company culture. Could be part of About Us. Let's structure:

I should remove the EEO and Fair Chance Notices as boilerplate. Also note: The "In a High Performing Culture..." paragraph is a bit messy with line breaks. I'll keep as a single paragraph. Now, check rules: Do not repeat job title as heading. I didn't. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - none present. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. Include section only when real content. I have four sections, all with content. Pay/
