Casual Staff - Registrar's Office

Position Summary Provide administrative and registrar support to the Cardozo Law School. This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule of no more than 19 hours per week. Position Responsibilities Data entry and processing of all formsAssist the registrars with entering the course schedule in BannerHelp students with registration-related issues and register them as neededAnswer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from students, faculty, and staff with impeccable customer serviceFiling and document imagingMaintain student information in our student information systems and student filesProcess transcript requestsRun reports and compile data as needed by the Assistant, Associate, and University RegistrarsProcess transfer credit evaluationsPost grades to Banner and process change of grade forms Experience & Educational Background Requires Registrar's office administrative experience Skills & Competencies Applicants must have working knowledge of Ellucian Banner, Luminis, and BDMS Salary Range $45.00 - $45.00 per hour About Us The Benjamin N.
