Job Requirements
- Associate's degree
- 2 semesters of biology or chemistry
- 1 year biology or chemistry lab experience
Job Duties
- Provide regularly scheduled work coverage on Tuesdays - Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm each semester during regular semester hours.
- Aid in checking all labs are complete/prepped.
- Aid in making solutions with hazardous materials without the need for supervision.
- Aid in culturing bacteria for microbiology and all biology courses.
- Aid in clerical work.
- Aid in preparing 8-week course materials.
- Aid in training lab personnel.
- Aid in updating prep sheets.
- Can assist in developing training videos for various aspects of the bio prep lab.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Information
- Hourly: $19 dollars 25 hours per week - Tues- Sat 9:00am-2:00pm
