Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals.
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer.
- Show Off Products: Demonstrate unique benefits and features of Lush products.
- Create Memorable Experiences: Make customers' days and inspire them to join Lush's mission.
- Educate Customers: Share brand values like animal testing, freshness, ethics, vegetarianism, handmade nature, and naked packaging.
- Expand Product Knowledge: Learn continuously and make informed product recommendations.
- Develop Skills: Improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales through Lush resources.
- Encourage DEIB: Promote teamwork, collaboration, and recognize diverse contributions.
- Operational Excellence: Be punctual, maintain a clean store, and adhere to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
- Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service, strong problem-solving skills, team experience, skincare/cosmetics experience, cross-cultural collaboration, DEIB/social justice training, fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
Pay
Montgomery Pay: $19 USD - $19 USD
