Casual PM Shift Culinary Aide SNF

About the role

The Culinary Services Aide interacts with residents by serving meals and providing an engaging dining experience that meets individual preferences. The aide creates a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas, adheres to food safety and dietary guidelines, operates, cleans, and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, performs general cleaning and dishwashing, and actively participates in all culinary trainings.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and engage with residents to meet their individual dining preferences.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in dining areas.
• Follow food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents’ needs.
• Operate, clean, and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria equipment.
• Perform general cleaning and dishwashing duties.
• Participate actively in all culinary training sessions.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in food service.
