We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We have: About the role: description of position, mission, etc. Could use first paragraph after job description. Responsibilities: list of duties (Summary Of Responsibilities). We'll put
  • . Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications Required" list. That's qualifications. Also there is "Qualifications" heading. We'll treat that as Qualifications. Skills: maybe separate? The qualifications list includes skills like communication, customer service, etc. Could combine but we need separate sections only if content. Could put Skills section with bullet list of skills extracted. Benefits: posting says "no benefits". That's not specific benefit; we should not create Benefits section because it's not a benefit. The rule: never create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It states "no benefits". That's not a benefit, so we should omit Benefits. Pay: posting gives salary range $16.00-17.00 per hour. That's specific. So include Pay section with that info. Schedule: posting says work schedule varies, flexible schedule required, mutually agreed upon schedule set during offer. That's specific enough? It says schedule varies, flexible schedule required. That's specific content. So include Schedule section. We also need About the role: we can summarize description but must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We can include prose paragraphs from description. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is copyright etc. Remove. We must not include application instructions (the link etc). Remove. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Amherst College offers many opportunities for professional growth and development, continued learning, and career advancement." We need to separate sections. About the role: Could be the initial description up to "Summary Of Responsibilities". Let's craft a paragraph that captures the role description without losing detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details. That's tricky: we need to keep all info but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit details, but we can rephrase? Summarizing away detail is not allowed. So we need to keep the details, maybe as bullet points? But we can keep them as prose but must include all details. That's a lot. Perhaps we can keep the original sentences as is, just wrap in

. That would preserve all info. So we can copy the description paragraphs into

tags. Thus About the role section: include the paragraphs from "Job Description Amherst College invites applications..." up to before "Summary Of Responsibilities". Let's extract that block. From "Job Description Amherst College invites applications for the Casual Kitchen Runner." to the sentence before "Summary Of Responsibilities". Let's locate. The text: "Job Description Amherst College invites applications for the Casual Kitchen Runner. The Casual Kitchen Runner is a part-time, casual position with no benefits. That's the About the role content. Now Responsibilities: we have "Summary Of Responsibilities" then bullet-like lines. We'll convert each line to

  • . Need to preserve all details. List: Support Culinary Operations Wash and sanitize equipment, tables and work areas in support of production. Maintain appropriate levels of pans and cookware. Respond to intercom calls to replenish food at the serving areas. Clear communication between culinary and service teams. Food Preparation Help support culinary operations with food prep as needed. Monitor and maintain dry goods within kitchen areas and maintain high levels of sanitation in all production areas. Keep food in warmers and refrigeration properly rotated. This includes communication by email, message boards and the Daily Mammoth. Important information is shared through these communications that affect your job and help you stay up to date on specific departmental updates, upcoming meetings and events. We need to ensure each line is a list item. Some lines are headings like "Support Culinary Operations". Should we keep them as list items? They are part of responsibilities; we can keep as list items. Now Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications Required" then a run-on list. We'll split into items. List: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of related experience. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong time-management skills including the ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Basic math skills. Ability to taste and work with any and all ingredients used. Successful completion of required reference and background checks. An acceptable criminal offender records information (CORI) check. Successful completion of pre-employment physical and lift test. Also after that there is sentence: "Amherst College offers many opportunities for professional growth and development, continued learning, and career advancement." That's not a qualification but maybe a benefit? It's about growth opportunities. Could be considered a benefit? The rule: only include Benefits if posting actually states them. This is a benefit statement. So we could include a Benefits section with that sentence. However earlier we said no benefits because posting said no benefits. But there is also a statement about professional growth opportunities. That is a benefit. So we should include Benefits section with that sentence. But we must check: The posting says "The Casual Kitchen Runner is a part-time, casual position with no benefits." That's a direct statement that there are no benefits. Then later says "Amherst College offers many opportunities for professional growth and development, continued learning, and career advancement." That seems contradictory but it's still a benefit (professional growth). The rule: never create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does state that sentence, so we should include Benefits section with that content. However we must also respect the earlier statement that there are no benefits. But we cannot omit that either. We could include both: a Benefits section with the professional growth sentence, and maybe note that there are no traditional benefits? But we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include both pieces: the statement that it's a part-time casual position with no benefits, and the statement about professional growth
