Casual Educator - Early Learning

About the role

Work as much or as much as you wish while nurturing young children. Provide exceptional nurture and care for infants and young children within our Early Learning services. Your role involves delivering educational programming and day-to-day care, accommodating and developing children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire children every day, ensuring they are safe, supported, and forever exploring to learn new things.
• Drive children’s learning and development through the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Maintain vigilant supervision and ensure safe and inclusive learning environments for all children.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Assist children with sleeping, eating, and going to the bathroom, offering cuddles as needed.

Requirements

• A sound working knowledge of the Service Philosophy, Policies, and Procedures.
• A Certificate III Qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• An approachable, friendly, warm, and positive attitude.
