About the role

The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Casual Caretaker to join the States Property Unit as part of Education Services at St Anne in Alderney.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site security and cleanliness.
• Maintain all facilities in good working order.
• Report major faults to the Estates Team.
• Act as the main point of contact for other contractors on site.
