Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Understand and practice the Quality policy
• Loads raw materials into machines
• Manually on and off bearing materials from/to machines
• Operates cork spraying machine
• Dross ladle and pot when needed
• Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity, makes minor adjustments to correct problems under supervision
• Affixes to maximize production
• Be familiar with all grid types, proper alignment on pallets and proper stacks
• Must also be sure to use only non-defective pallets or slip sheets
• Generally, meets minimum grid production requirements
• Completes hourly CTQ data collector entry
• Operates a Forklift to move materials
• Identifies a variety of grid types
• Understands Work Instructions
• Follows and maintains Lean activities (5S, Housekeeping, etc.)
• Affixes with mold and trim die changes
• Be at work station on time
• Leaves work station on time, unless otherwise instructed by the Team Lead or Supervisor
