Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Educate guests about current movies, promotions, and any available loyalty or rewards programs.
- Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions to guests.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Operate and maintain concession equipment following proper safety procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of concession areas; restock as needed.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality by following proper recipes and procedures.
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests as needed.
- Greet guests as they enter and exit the theater; assist with ticket-taking and seating.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for all guests.
- Restock and upkeep self-service guest stations throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Basic mental algebra is required.
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingly identifies and corrects guest misbehavior.
- Communicates effectively.
- Manages and prioritizes tasks efficiently.
- Learns and adapts to current technology and procedures.
