Casino Slot Attendant

About the Role

As a Slot Attendant you will work on the electronic gaming floor monitoring slot machines. You will report machine glitches, distribute winnings when necessary, provide customer service to patrons, and oversee surveillance of your section.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the electronic gaming floor and ensure slot machines are operating correctly.
• Report any machine glitches or technical issues promptly.
• Distribute winnings to patrons when required.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to guests.
• Maintain surveillance of your assigned section to ensure safety and compliance.

• Communicate professionally with The Point Casino & Hotel’s guests and employees, answering questions to the best of your ability.
• Maintain machines in a time‑sensitive environment and recommend follow‑up actions when necessary.
• Demonstrate openness to learning new skill sets and motivation toward promotion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License.
• Open availability with the potential to move to full‑time status.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a casino environment (not required).

Schedule

Graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays are required. Open availability is expected.
