Casino Security - Caribbean Casino Yakima

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Provide great service and build relationships with our customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact to greet customers upon arrival and thank them for their business on departure.
• Prepare for and efficiently respond to any incidents on the property premises, following established policies and procedures.
• Patrol company property and protect assets.
• Assist table games and cage with gaming chip fills following all policies and procedures.
• Document and effectively write reports on all incidents.
• Respond to and handle emergencies using established policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in team member and customer escort duties as needed.
• Perform cleanliness duties in and around buildings, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Military/Law enforcement background experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Washington State Gaming License.

• Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
