About the role

The Casino Operations Associate plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the casino experience for players. This position collaborates with various teams including Casino Promotions, Casino Engineering, and Player Support to ensure smooth operations and a top-tier gaming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute RSI's game roadmap and casino lobby strategy
  • Coordinate with the game release team to secure regulatory and QA approvals for new content releases
  • Evaluate and execute the ordering of the casino lobby based on game performance metrics and management guidelines
  • Provide feedback to product development for future developments
  • Create and position casino lobby categories and highlight ongoing promotions and CRM
  • Perform competitive analysis to ensure RSI's content and offerings remain market-leading
  • Manage requests for the creative team to ensure new game content is available for launch and promotion
  • Adjust game lobby icons using Photoshop or other image editing software to maintain high-quality assets
  • Ensure open availability of casino content and provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in online gaming or relevant casino experience
  • Experience with casino operational and management tools
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Passion for casino games
  • Self-motivation and reliability
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Pass relevant gaming regulatory agency licenses if required
  • Location eligibility varies based on role and country of residence

Skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software
  • Knowledge of casino operational tools and platforms
