About the role

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs supporting financial, physical, and mental well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform all duties to department standard and/or as directed by leadership.
• Perform detailed cleaning as required or assigned.
• Move, rearrange, and clean furniture.
• Clean biohazardous materials when necessary.
• Remove trash from containers and dispose of it in dumpsters.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Assist all departments by responding to EVS calls.
• Attend departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
• Complete daily work assignments and responsibilities.
• Use two-way radios and maintain professional radio etiquette.
• Adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Perform all job duties safely, using appropriate personal protective equipment and keeping areas clean and hazard-free.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Perform other job-related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mops, brooms, and various mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work with various cleaning chemicals.
