CASINO FLOOR RUNNER

About the role

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a Casino Floor Runner to join their team. The position involves creating a comfortable, fun environment for guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various tasks such as cash handling, inventory management, and assisting with gaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, cash handling, and accounting
• Operate a cash register, stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
• Housekeep inside and outside of the casino, including cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, and dishes
• Efficiently mix and complete drink orders, assist casino cashiers, remember regular customers' names and faces, monitor legal age requirements, and accurately complete shift paperwork
• Maintain the ability to accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash, suggest selling and help customers with gaming machine operations, wear the uniform, and keep appearance neat and clean
• Answer/screen phone calls, assist patrons in verifying wins, record and make payouts to gambling machine winners, advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to handle cash and manage money, knowledge of gaming machines, and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts vary and may include evenings and weekends.
