About the role
M Resort is seeking a Graveyard Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the resort during late-night hours.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning staff during graveyard shifts
- Ensure all areas of the resort are clean and safe
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check required
