Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
- Perform all cage functions with precision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with urgency and professionalism; serve as a role model for Caesars Rewards and customer service.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all departmental and company policies.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Effectively promote Caesars Rewards benefits and offer the Caesars Rewards Visa to every guest.
- Create and maintain accurate customer accounts while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support departments to enhance player satisfaction.
- Comply with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Class “C” gaming license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, computer programs, 10-key calculator.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in all situations.
- Well-groomed appearance to promote a positive image.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
