Casino Cashier
Job Functions
- Process customer payouts, cash handling, and machine reimbursements accurately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures.
- Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions.
- Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked.
Skills and Demands
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance.
- Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.
