Casino Bell Person

About the Role

As the Bell Person, you will assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, open doors, explain room amenities, and maintain designated workstations. You will report to Front Service Supervisors, Front Service Shift Manager, or the Front Service Manager on duty.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm welcome and appreciation to every guest.
• Provide luggage service upon guests' arrival and departure.
• Escort incoming hotel guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure everything is in order and supplies (e.g., soap, towels) are adequate.
• Offer information about room features, such as operation of the radio, television, and telephone.
• Deliver packages, messages, and run errands.
• Maintain luggage storage areas.
• Familiarize yourself with hotel products, events, and promotions to maximize hotel revenue.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to read English.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Start rate: $16.50/hour.

Schedule

Part-time, variable hours. On-site role.
