Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases and inquiries
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cashier station and surrounding areas
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and store policies
- Absorb and assist with restocking and inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Dependable, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
