Position Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the Bankers and Front Window Cashiers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees
- Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets
- Handles customer service and employee related problems professionally
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager’s responsibilities, in their absence
- Works a variety of jobs in the department, as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of casino currency handling experience
Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
- Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks
- Knowledge of casinos computer management system
Training Requirements
- Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes
- Knowledge of Outlook, ACSC, NRT/Certegy and ERP computer systems
- Knowledge of the casino computer management system
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
