Cashier TFM

Responsibilities
- Processes customer purchases, performing general cleaning duties, and returning misplaced items to the shelves.
- Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates effectively with the store management team.
- Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and other issues.
- Takes store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitors inventory for accuracy.
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Complies with all other established company policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to the direct leader.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Able to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash handling efficiency.
Physical Demands

- Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
- The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
- The front end of the store is partially cooler and must be able to adapt and be comfortable in a cooler-than-normal temperature environment.
- Minimal sitting is required.
Pay Scale
The pay scale for this position is $15.00-$19.75 per hour. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics. Individual pay within this range is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.
