Cashier TFM

Responsibilities

• Processes customer purchases, performing general cleaning duties, and returning misplaced items to the shelves.
• Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates clearly to the store management team.
• Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
• Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitors inventory for accuracy.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Complies with all other established company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to the direct leader.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older (must provide workers permit).
• Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling efficiency.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
• The front end of the store is partially cooler and must be able to adapt and be comfortable in a cooler-than-normal temperature environment.
• Minimal sitting is required.

Pay Scale

The pay scale for this position is $15.00-$19.75 per hour. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics. Individual pay within this range is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
