Cashier/Sales Associate - All Shifts

About the role

Our Sales Associates are the heart of our stores, responsible for running the register, keeping the store clean, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile
• Run the register with accuracy and speed
• Ensure compliance with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales regulations
• Offer friendly service and upsell products
• Deep clean high-use restrooms and wipe down gas pumps
• Pick up litter and trash from the parking lot
• Take out the trash to the dumpster
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Step in to help wherever needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older in CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO
• Must be 21 years of age or older in all other states
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
• Must be capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check
