Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy—putting the customer first to ensure a memorable and positive experience.
• Handle all customer transactions, ensuring guest satisfaction at the service desk and proper control of cash and media materials.
• Process information and merchandise through the computer and POS register system.
• Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Once fully trained, identify and suggest process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area, by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and climbing a ladder.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds at any given time.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Retail or golf environment experience is a plus.
• General golf knowledge/background is a plus but not required.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $16.90 - $18.00 per hour. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
