Cashier/Receptionist

Pay: $19 - $21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the service department
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Direct phone calls to appropriate departments
• Process customer payments (cash, credit and other digital forms of payment)
• Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily
• Support the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical tasks
• Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions
• Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone
• Positive and upbeat personality with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of using CDK (automotive dealership software)
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
