Responsibilities
- Greet dealership guests, both internally and externally using the dealership approved greetings
- Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
- Accurately enter credit card information into dealership system
- Utilize basic computer skills, using Word, CDK, Email...
- Assist service department by making phone calls to customers
- Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
- Assist in warranty maintenance
- Maintain accurate cash drawer
- Exercise an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communications in dealing with customers and team members
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Friendly
- Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, CDK, and Email
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
