About the role
We're looking for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills to join our fast-growing team. This fun, flexible, and social part-time or full-time position is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people and want to work during the busy evening hours. Whether it's your main gig, a hobby, or a supplemental job, we have opportunities for you to grow—perhaps into management or beyond.
You'll help customers by taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, or delivering dinner to their car. We'll teach you how to make all our great products—pizza, pastas, sandwiches, and more—quickly and efficiently, ensuring great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Complete customer orders during pickup, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Deliver orders to customers' cars or homes (if applicable)
- Prepare and make pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other menu items quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a positive, high-energy environment during busy shifts
Requirements
- Great positive attitude and high energy
- 18+ years of age
- Pass a background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently reside near a store location
Schedule
This position is for evenings, starting between 4:00 PM–6:00 PM and ending between 8:00 PM–10:00 PM, 3–4 nights per week.
