About the role
We're looking for fun, flexible, people-oriented team members to join Mile High Pizza Company (Domino's) in Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, and Columbus, OH. This role involves making, baking, or taking pizzas during peak hours—part-time or full-time—with a schedule that leaves time for school, friends, or other commitments. Whether it's a hobby, main gig, or supplemental job, we have opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management or beyond.
You’ll engage with customers by taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, or delivering to their car. A love for people is essential! We’ll train you to make our full menu—pizzas, pastas, sandwiches—and do it fast to create great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly, positive attitude
- Complete orders accurately during pickup or delivery
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other menu items quickly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and during deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
Requirements
- 16+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Currently resides near a store location
- Pass a background check
- High energy and a great positive attitude
Schedule
This position is nights, starting between 4pm–6pm and ending 8pm–10pm, 3–4 nights per week.
