Cashier / Phone Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and customer focused Cashier and Phone Receptionist to join our service team. This role is the front line of our operation, responsible for handling customer transactions, managing incoming calls, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist customers with scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Balance daily cash drawer and handle receipts
• Assist service advisors with customer communication when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Support basic administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure every customer leaves with a clear understanding of their visit

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable handling phone volume and scheduling appointments
• Basic computer skills and comfort with dealership systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
• Previous cashier, receptionist, or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required
