About the role

The Cashier interacts with customers at the retail store, focusing on providing excellent customer service. Evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Price store merchandise as requested by store management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• Manage customer returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
